Board of Directors
The Board of Directors consists of seven members with the Executive Director (ED) who is the Board Secretary. The Board is responsible for overseeing the management of the organization and provides guidance and direction to attain the goals and objectives of the organization.
The organization is headed by an Executive Director who is accountable to the Board of Directors for the day-to-day running of the organization. The Executive Director is assisted by Programs Coordinator, Deputy Programs Coordinator/Admin and Operations Manager who coordinates programs, resource mobilization and partnership development with head of departments. The organization has adopted a devolved governance structure for effective service delivery, accountability and ease of communication with growing field offices.
